死肥宅的假期,就是这么的无聊,回想ODA的装车过程,感觉头管碗组前叉这一块儿是最有意思的,索性跟各位详解一下。
我们搞来一台ODA

头管和车身连接处是硕大的一颗52mm培林,不用底档,直接干,给力

再往下看,好像有点复杂。车身和前叉连接处的培林又是52硕大一颗,跟上面一样,直接压在车身里,但这里得装底档。好像忘记了夹器,暂时用那根笔装圆柱体代替一下。夹器的轴系穿过前叉、红色的锥形楔、头管。很暴力有没有。

下部中间那个有外螺纹的像二锅头瓶盖似的东西其实是拉紧头管用的,抵住夹器轴,越拧,就拉地越紧。用内六角。

然后下面还有一个大瓶盖

这回不是内六角了,是个大菊花孔。我尼玛原来还以为这个是大行logo铭牌,得挂到车头呢

仔细想想,也对,这个位置,两腿之间设计一朵菊花也算合情合理,仿生学设计可能是。

这个锥形楔外侧就是前叉内的锥面,跟有些大公路类似,接触面大。内侧就是抱紧头管外壁。分两半。

小瓶盖纵向拉紧,大瓶盖顶锥形楔,环向抱紧,大铁棒穿堂而过杜绝了转角位移的可能性,端部锁紧夹器后又能施加一个前后固定力,再加上粗壮无比的两颗52培林,最终形成了这么一套在我看来强度大大过剩的系统。

另外,如我以前说到过,这一堆零碎分别是大行几家代工厂的产品。一件不缺地凑齐实属不易?再者,多个零件的累积公差很可能导致安装不到位。这也是ODA车架造价高、难成套、良品率低、次品报废品屡见不鲜的一个原因。
