dalianmao:1天1小时其实够了,有氧心率的话,骑行1小时大概500大卡,配合饮食控制一星期明显见效。骑车减肥最大误区就是,我今天骑车了,晚上可以大吃一顿,特别是骑完车促进消化,感觉胃口大开。一顿吃下去一星期白练。。....... (2024-02-26 23:32)
