没毛的狼:刚开始骑的话,2天72KM量略微有点大了,循序渐进吧。如果能骑车通勤,距离是15km以内,就争取隔日骑车通勤一次PP是慢慢练出来的,可能是发力不对,也可能是座椅高度不对,体重完全放在了坐垫上导致的,网上搜一下正确调节座椅高度的视 频。....... (2022-03-28 10:12)
