- The team time trial are only for Category Elite and Category Advance. Each team must have a minimumof 4 riders and a maximum of 8 riders; the time of the fourth rider will be recorded. When you register, please also provide the names of all your team members.只有精英组和大众组的队伍有团队计时赛，团队计时最少4人，最多8人，记录前4人完成时间，请在报名时候一同递交参赛队伍的信息。
- Category Elite is comprised of those who participated in Category A last year ，with the exception of people coming from outside Shanghai and those promoted. 精英组—去年参加A组的参赛者，除外地特殊参赛者外和有注册记录的参赛者外，精英组没有公开自由报名的权利，必须从大众组晋级
- Category Masters – for the old guys over 35 who aren’t quite Elite anymore but don’treally want to go back to Category Advance, or guys who never quite made it to Elite but still enjoy riding andcan do so reasonably fast. 大师组—超过35岁，已经无法在精英组中获得成绩也不愿意回到大众组中的选手，但又希望能在较高水平组别中享受比赛的选手。
- Category Advance—basically for guys who are doing well in Open but not ready for Elite yet. Only road bike, still pretty fast. 大众组—仅限公路车，能保持较快的速度但仍没到达精英组的水平的选手，在公开组中表现优秀的选手可获得晋级。
- Category Open—for anyone with any skill set and any bike type; all newcomers, would be expected to start in this category (exceptional cases reviewed), as well as MTB. Good performance means promotion to next category. 公开组—任何类型的自行车，任何水平的选手，新参加联赛将从这个级别开始，包括山地车，获得好的成绩可提前进入大众组。
- Race area is on a low traffic area but the road will not be closed. Please pay particular attention to traffic. 比赛是在一个车辆较少的地方比赛，不过还是会有些车子. 请你们特别注意安全.

Instructions on how to get to Zhu Jia Jiao 如何前往比赛地点——朱家角
By car 自驾: take the Yanan Elevated Highway to the direction of Hongqiao Airport and you get automatically on the A9 direction Huzhou. Please take the exit ZHUJIAJIAO which comes after around 30 km from Hongqiao Airport. After paying your toll turn right for about 500 meters. Then you will face a big crossroad on which you want to go straight. Once crossing that road you arrive to ZHUJIAJIAO NEW TOWN. Final destination is very close to Dianshan Lake Park. 走延安路高架往虹桥机场方向，然后上A9高速往湖州方向。过虹桥机场后30公里左右从朱家角出口下，过收费口后500米左右右转。到一个很大的十字路口时继续直走，接着便到达朱家角新镇。。离淀山湖公园很近。
By bike 骑车: take the Huqingping (G318) from Hongqiao Airport and go it always straight until you automatically reach ZHUJIAJIAO NEW TOWN on your right roundabout 2km after passing Zhujiajiao Ancient Township.
Warning: Huqingping sometimes turn out to be a dangerous way. 沿沪青平公路直走，过朱家角古镇后2公里左右便到朱家角新镇。注意：沪青平公路比较危险。

Registration - 报名注册 Registration forms must be received by midnight Sunday, March 27th. Race day registration will not be accepted. 报名截止时间为3月27日星期日半夜12点整。本次比赛不接受现场报名。 First time participants need to complete the following registration form. Repeat riders need to register with their name and number only. Note that registration information may be shared with race sponsors. 首次报名的参赛者须完整填写下列表格。第二次报名的选手只须提供姓名和号码。请注意：报名信息可能会被提供给赞助商。
