早上翻FSA官网的牙盘资料,看到BB30产品一大堆,不解,就翻了翻相关内容,小译一下,就当自己学习了。请指正。
Bb30标准确立了大尺寸五通车架的规范。新轴承系统使用封闭、内嵌式30mm铝制轴芯,去除了轴承外圈,使轴承更轻。大尺寸的五通管提供了更多空间加置更粗大的车架下舌、坐管和链条,以消减踏板动作产生的侧向偏移。

更轻:去除五通轴承外圈,使用铝制轴芯,牙盘、中轴可减重12%。
更窄:中轴内置于五通壳内,可适用轴距更窄的牙盘,增加两踝间距,使踩踏动作更加自然。
更硬(刚性):新的EFBE测试确认,BB30中轴系统增加了牙盘整体硬度。
更坚(耐久度):五通壳内径增加了23%(35mm-42mm),bb30中轴的体积较其他中轴系统更为巨大,加长了使用寿命,也使铝合金作为轴芯材料成为可能,减重可高达110G。新轴承改善了滚珠直径和轴芯的比率,带来更好的流畅性和耐久度。
总得来说BB30就是: 内射,无露出,新体位,更轻、更硬、更持久。

The BB30 International Standard provides the specifications for an oversized bottom bracket shell for a bike frame. This standard allows for Direct-fit, pressed-in bearings and a 30 mm spindle.
The system saves weight by accepting a 30mm aluminum spindle and eliminating cups that would normally hold the bearings.
The oversized bottom bracket of the frame provides more area to attach larger down tube, seat tube and chain stays to better resist deflection from pedaling forces.

BB30 is MORE DURABLE: BB30 bearings are significantly larger than those used in other systems, resulting in longer bearing life.
